What is this course about?

The course explores the psychological patterns behind workplace conflict and disempowerment using the Drama Triangle, and introduces the Empowerment Triangle as a practical framework for shifting into constructive, growth-oriented leadership roles. Through reflection, discussion, and scenario-based learning, participants will gain tools to lead with clarity, empathy, and resilience.

Apply Empowerment Triangle roles to foster ownership, challenge, and support.
Identify and interrupt Drama Triangle dynamics in leadership and team interactions.
