What is this course about?

The course explores the psychological patterns behind workplace conflict and disempowerment using the Drama Triangle, and introduces the Empowerment Triangle as a practical framework for shifting into constructive, growth-oriented leadership roles. Through reflection, discussion, and scenario-based learning, participants will gain tools to lead with clarity, empathy, and resilience.

  • Apply Empowerment Triangle roles to foster ownership, challenge, and support.
  • Identify and interrupt Drama Triangle dynamics in leadership and team interactions.
  • Use practical tools to shift from reactive to empowered leadership in real-time situations.
