What is this course about?

This course offers participants space and time to reflect on their career and identify what their next career steps might be. There will be opportunity to identify skills, strengths, values and motivators, look at how to overcome career challenges and consider opportunities for career development. The course comes with a Career Development Workbook to support and document the process.

To get the most out of the session, please ensure you download and complete the PRE-COURSE QUESTIONS and bring them with you. These questions form part one of the Career Development Workbook and are available to download on MyHR - My Learning - My Courses.
