Customer Comments

We welcome any comments, suggestions or complaints about library services You can do this by:

  • Speaking to a member of staff at the Library Help Desk on floor 4 (Lending Services, Student IT Support, Document Delivery)
  • Speaking to the librarian at the Subject Enquiry Desk on floor 4.
  • Filling in a Customer Comments Card, either electronically or in print. Printed cards are available at the Subject Enquiry Desk on floor 4, and at selected points throughout the Library. Completed forms should be put into the Customer Comment box on floor 4. We will reply to you within 5 working days.
  • You may also use our text service by typing the word FEEDBACK and sending any comments you have to 81025
