How do I report a fault?
All faults/work requests must be reported via the Estates Helpdesk.
Due to the number of requests made the CSG Supervisor prioritises all works requests in order of urgency e.g. a broken window may be given a higher priority than fitting new shelves if the work load dictates such.
Your works request is important to us and we will attend as soon as possible.
What happens out of hours?
The CSG operate a 24 hour callout service. Should you experience problems concerning "building related issues" outside of normal working hours (8.00am - 4.30pm) please contact the Control Hub. They will, on your behalf, contact the Estates on call officer who will, if necessary, contact the CSG who will respond to the matter.
The CSG, once called will respond in no more than 2 hours. Their remit is to "make safe" only. A full repair will be made as soon as possible - usually the next working day.
