Welcome to the Performance Enhancement Programme

Welcome to the Performance Enhancement programme home page. Here you will find all of the information and resources we have prepared to prepare you for your learning journey on this scheme.

How we think about organisational performance, team performance and individual performance can have a huge impact on our contribution to the wider goals and aims of The University of Huddersfield, as described in the Strategy Map. Engaging with, and understanding, the many different aspects and layers of “performance” can lead to small, yet meaningful, improvements in your area of responsibility that will ensure the ongoing success of our university and allow us to be a part of an institution we’re proud of.

This programme offers you learning opportunities on a range of performance related themes that will support your development and allow you to set yourself, and your people, up for success.

Who is the Programme aimed at?

The programme is intended for senior level managers who are accountable for performance outputs in their area of responsibility.

It is tailored to suit the needs of many different learners, offering the opportunity to reflect upon yourself as a Performance Manager and seek developmental ideas to both build and maintain your skills, knowledge, and behaviours to better impact performance.
