An Introduction to Assessment and Turnitin in Brightspace
Who should attend?
Academic staff and/or Support staff with a Learning Technology role.
Participants must have built their basic module content and be familiar with the basic functionality of Brightspace.

Introduce participants to using the Assignments functionality, including Turnitin integration, within Brightspace.
This session will help participants to ...
Following the session, participants will be able to:
- understand the lifecycle of an electronic assessment
- create assignments within Brightspace
- access and use Turnitin originality reports to identify potential plagiarism
- provide feedback for students electronically using GradeMark
- be aware of options for marking using a tablet device.
