The session will be broken down into two parts. The first part will provide a short overview of the following analysis tools to increase understanding of their use:
- Mendelow’s Power/Interest Matrix
- SWOT Analysis
- PESTEL Analysis
- Porter’s Five Forces framework
The second part will be an open discussion group to support the exploration of the tools and their specific application in your area of responsibility.
By the conclusion of the session you will:
- Have a greater guidance on the recommended models and their use
- Shared ideas and best practices in applying them in your area of responsibility
