Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation (4 Part Course)

Who should attend?

Anyone who would like to learn more about mindfulness and meditation.  Everyone can benefit from introducing mindfulness into their lives, and it has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and also help people deal with chronic pain.

This is a 4 part course and it is advisable to attend all the dates, These sessions will be held virtually:

Part 1 - Wednesday 2nd February 4-5pm 1 hour introduction to mindfulness

Part 2 - Wednesday 9th February 4-4.30pm 30 minute meditation

Part 3 - Wednesday 16th February 4-4.30pm 30 minute meditation

Part 4 - Wednesday 23rd February 4-4.30pm 30 minute meditation

What is the session about?

The first session is an introduction to mindfulness – explaining what it is and also what it isn’t.

The subsequent 3 sessions will consist of a 30 minute meditation.
