What is the session about?

Morning Stretch – start your day the right way and join us for a relaxing morning stretch to get your body moving and loosen those limbs!

Lunchtime Yoga – yoga has many benefits including increased flexibility, increased strength and muscle tone, protection from injury and can leave you feeling calm and balanced.

See the benefits some gentle exercise can bring to their day.  This is also an opportunity to try out the excellent facilities we have available at the university and see if they enjoy the class before committing.
