Staff Pop Choir
The Occupational Health Department has teamed up with students from the Department of Music and Drama to set up the choir for staff. Singing has been shown to deliver a host of physical and emotional benefits, including increased aerobic exercise, improved breathing, posture, mindset, confidence and self-esteem.
The choir was set up to give staff a positive, relaxed environment where they can unwind and have fun singing popular tunes. We have lots of enthusiastic singers, and are always open to new singers joining. There is no audition, no singing experience necessary, you won’t be asked to sing on your own, and all staff are welcome to attend. The choir is free to attend and attendance will not be compulsory every week, but you won’t be able to keep away once you’ve started!
Choir is taking place on Thursdays 1.15 - 2.10pm in room RSG/01 in the Richard Steinitz building, from Thursday 14th October 2021.
If you would like to join (or just come along and try) or would like some more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope to see you there!
