- Email: asissupport@hud.ac.uk - if you are reporting a technical issue/error please include a screenshot as this will speed up the process. You will receive an acknowledgement email with a Topdesk ticket reference number.
- Topdesk: please refer tickets to 'FINA ASIS 1st Line Support'.
We may contact you via Teams if necessary to resolve your issue (e.g. to screen share). However please do not use Teams to submit requests; all requests should be via email or Topdesk.
