Content editor

The content editor allows users to edit the content they have added within T4. There are two versions of the content editor; WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) and HTML.

The WYSIWYG content editor is the most commonly used editing tool. It offers the user the same functions as editing a Microsoft Word document, allowing you to do things such as bold, underline, italics, add images, add bullet points etc.

The HTML editing function is aimed at more technical staff and allows you to add/amend the HTML code of the page. Please note, if you are not trained in HTML, please do not attempt to use the HTML editing function.

To find out more information about the two versions (or views) of the content editor, please visit the following sections:

  • WYSIWYG (stands for What You See Is What You Get) - aimed at non-technical staff
  • HTML - the code view - aimed at technical staff
