SEOBook toolbar

You can use an add-on in Mozilla Firefox called SEOBook which is a toolbar offering a number of useful functions for SEO. One useful tool is the XRay tool which allows you to view information about a certain webpage including the meta description, keywords and links to the page. This can be done to check your own pages as well as competitor pages. You will not be able to use this tool to check internal links within your page.
