• Academic staff are well-informed about the principles of research impact, know how to create it, and routinely capture data to evidence it effectively
• Academic staff are motivated and excited by the real-world difference their research makes
• High-quality impact case studies showcasing the transformative potential of research across the University are developed and submitted to the Research Excellence Framework (REF2029).

• What is the purpose of your research? How will it change the world?
• What do you need to do to translate the findings of your research into real-world impact?
• How will you know if you are successful? What evidence do you need to corroborate your claims?
