This workshop focuses on establishing a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) scheme to help the transition to university with the aim of increasing retention and lowering differentiated attainment. Participants will: • Discuss successes and issues in establishing a scheme. • Identify opportunities to establish a scheme in their area. • Create a plan to set up and support a scheme.
