Through a case study of the HBS Development Weeks, we will explore together, the impact of event-based extra-curricular activities on differential attainment in academic performance, acquisition of discipline complementary skills and transferrable competencies. We also consider the impact of such activities on the development of student identity, sense of belonging, and well-being to enable them to achieve their full potential. Participants also will have the opportunity to brainstorm and share event-based extra-curricular activity areas.
