Directory Enquiry Service providers can be very expensive, when at all possible please use BT Directory Enquiry web pages to find the number you require. If you do use one of the various 118 services that are available, please take the number from the operator and then dial the number yourself.
Important: Never allow an operator to connect the call for you, once connected this way, the call will be charged at a very high tariff. Dialling the number yourself will mean that you will be charged at a much lower tariff.
