Who we are

We are a team of friendly Customer Support Advisors who offer support to students and staff across the university. You can find us in the Student Central Building and the Barbara Hepworth Building on the Queensgate campus, and in the Daphne Steele Building on the Southgate campus. We also have a friendly team of Switchboard operators who are happy to direct you.

Customer Service is our speciality and we pride ourselves in collaborative working with service partners, sharing knowledge in order to deliver excellent service to our students, staff, and visitors. The Customer Support team is led by Charlotte Bartley (the Customer Support Manager) and we are part of the Customer Services division within Computing and Library Services.
