We are a team of friendly Customer Support Advisors who work at the three iPoint locations across campus and also on the University Switchboard. Customer Service is our speciality and we pride ourselves in collaborative working with service partners, sharing knowledge in order to deliver an excellent service to our students, staff and visitors. The Customer Support Team is led by Charlotte Bartley, Customer Support Manager and we are part of the Customer Services division in Computing and Library Services.
