Who we are

We are a team of friendly Customer Support Advisors who work at the three iPoint locations across campus and also on the University Switchboard. Customer Service is our speciality and we pride ourselves in collaborative working with service partners, sharing knowledge in order to deliver an excellent service to our students, staff and visitors. The Customer Support Team is led by Charlotte Bartley, Customer Support Manager and we are part of the Customer Services division in Computing and Library Services. 

 

How we support students 

We’re here to help support students and enhance their experience whilst at the University. We offer a range of services to students, including: 

  • First line and reception support for Wellbeing and Disability Services, Careers and Student Finance, including enquiries and appointments 
  • We provide Council Tax, Student Status, Bank and Term Time Letters 
  • Student ID cards 
  • Signposting to other services within the University, e.g. Course Administration, Placement team, Student Engagement and Attendance Team, International Office, Student Records, Admissions and Timetabling.
