Online Store


The Online Store offers a convenient way to pay for Products, Short Courses, Conferences & Events using a secure online payment system.

Products: These are goods or simple services for sale such as books, field trips or printing services.

Short Courses: These are courses ran by the University, for example a management course or skill development course.

Conferences & Events: These are Conferences & Events which could be internal or external such as field trips or teaching & learning conferences.

Store Purchases


All purchases from the Online Store can be made by using a credit/debit card or PayPal. You can use the menu to browse the Product Catalogue, Conferencing & Events or Short Courses or alternatively you can use the search box to find a specific item.


Store Listings

Requests to list an item on the store can be made by filling in the Online Store Form. All required details must be filled in and correct.

The form should then be emailed to FinanceSystemsSupport@hud.ac.uk who will check the form is completed correctly and then liaise with the relevant finance staff to ensure the correct cost centre, nominal and VAT code is used.

Once all checks have taken place and everything is approved, the item can be created on the Store.

Please note there is a standard two week turnaround from the submission of the form to having the item live on the Store. However, depending on the time of year and staff availability, this process may occasionally take longer due to the need for additional checks and item creation. To ensure the smoothest experience, we kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible.
