Women Advancing Together Session 1: A Coaching Approach to Leadership

In collaboration with colleagues in P&OD, the School of Human and Health Sciences is delighted to offer a bespoke leadership programme for women. The first session will explore the potential of a coaching approach to leadership and how this can enhance communication and offer new leadership strategies. It will also provide a safe and confidential space to share leadership and management experiences.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Develop effective communication skills using a coaching model to approach leadership situations.
  • Explore and implement diverse strategies for achieving different results in various scenarios.
  • Have an opportunity to share leadership and management challenges in a safe and confidential space.
