Change and the Brain - Part 2 Manager

Who is this course aimed at?

People Managers

What is this course about?

This session provides our people managers with a practical approach to supporting teams through organisational change by addressing how the brain responds to uncertainty. It highlights the importance of creating a clear vision of the change, encouraging engagement, and rewarding positive attitudes. Strong relationships and emotional support are emphasised to help our staff feel included, listened to, and able to process the transition. Managers are guided to reduce anxiety by giving early, factual, and consistent updates. The session also encourages helping individuals understand what the change means for them and offering choices to maintain a sense of control.
