What is this course about?

This dynamic leadership programme is designed for anyone looking to enhance their leadership strengths and gain a deeper understanding of their values and identity. You will explore your unique leadership qualities through self-assessments and diagnostics to unlock your leadership potential. The programme also encourages meaningful connections that inspire and motivate everyone involved, while exploring practical strategies, tools, and techniques essential for leadership growth and success.

PLEASE NOTE: The dates for the next programme are: 5th March, 26th March, 16th April, 7th May, 28th May and 18th June 2025. All sessions run 10am - 3:30pm. Coming to all the sessions helps build an amazing, supportive team of leaders.
