Early Career Researchers (ECRs) who are preparing to or have recently embarked on their first project as a Principal Investigator (PI) – or anyone who would like a ‘refresher’.
What is this course about?
This session is part of the ‘First-time PI’ series and will support you in developing your people management and leadership skills as a research team leader (PI) - essential for the success of your research project. You will reflect on your leadership role, understand the different areas of responsibility here and build strategies for developing a positive, inclusive culture within your research team.Please note this is session 4 within a series of 5 - please book your place for all five 'First-time PI' sessions.
