Peer support is crucial during times of change. This in-person session welcomes all staff members affected by changes, fostering a sense of community. It provides a safe and confidential environment for everyone to share their challenges. Participants are encouraged to seek and offer advice, support, and empathy. By engaging in this session, individuals can collectively navigate their experiences and find strength in each other's support.
