What is this course about?

Knowledge Exchange, or KE, is the process of connecting research with businesses, investors, charities and public sector organisations to drive impactful innovation.

This short introductory session will build your awareness of KE, why it’s important for you to consider this as a researcher and the potential for KE to increase your impact. It will focus on understanding the KE landscape in general as well as specific areas of engagement within the University of Huddersfield.

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Discover opportunities for funding KE activity.
  • Signposting to the range of support available from the university .
  • Understand what KE is and the benefits of engaging with it.
