Using Pivot RP to find research funding opportunities

Course Description:
This training session supports researchers in using the Pivot RP Horizon Scanning software to find research funding opportunities. Available to all researchers at our University, this software enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of horizon scanning activities. RIKE Research Services are continuously expanding the features and tools on the platform to improve the funding search process.

The session is held in a PC lab, providing participants the opportunity to test the database and ask questions about the funding landscape and horizon scanning process.









By the end of the course participants will have:
- Claimed their profile on Pivot RP and learned how to navigate the tool
- Learned how to search effectively using filters, categories, and profile matching
- Tested out the Pivot RP search tool to find new, relevant funding opportunities
