What is this course about?

This course will cover the content outlined in the third learning outcome of the assignment: Understanding factors that affect an organisation's internal environment. Participants will gain insights into how the University's values influence decision-making processes. Additionally, they will explore the effects of organisational structures within various departments and services on management roles.

The course will also provide an understanding of the University’s strategy map and its significance. By the end of the course, learners will have a comprehensive view of these key internal factors.
