Early Career Researchers (ECRs) who are preparing to or have recently embarked on their first project as a Principal Investigator (PI) – or anyone who would like a ‘refresher’.

What is this course about?

This is the final session within the ‘First-time PI’ series and provides an opportunity to reflect on your learning throughout the sessions and consider the next steps and further development for you as a PI.
Please note this is the final session within a series of 5 - you will be reflecting on your learning from sessions 1-4.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Create a personal development action plan.
  • Explore further opportunities for support and your ongoing development as a PI.
  • Reflect on your learning from the 'First-time PI' development series using the ‘What? So what? Now what?’ framework.
