What is this course about?

This session is part of the Research Funding series from RIKE and supports the development theme ‘your research practice’. The series will inform academic researchers about the various stages of the path to obtaining funding for their research and managing successful awards. Each session will focus on a different aspect of research funding and colleagues are welcome to book for a specific session, or the full series of five.

This session focuses on what to expect on the grant management side and the academic researcher’s obligations. It includes guidance on what to do upon receipt of the outcome notification, an overview of the relevant policies and procedures, guidance on getting started on the project, guidance on project and budget management and advice on who to contact for further questions.
