Those who manage others and have a duty of care

What is this course about?

This course is about acknowledging and understanding the serious public health issue of domestic abuse, considering the legal definition, prevalence, types of perpetrator behaviour and the impact on the victim. It will consider how managers can support, guide, and manage individuals and potentially those who abuse, paying attention to government and University guidance.
