What is this course about?

This course is designed for those managers who conduct Performance Development and Performance Reviews (PDPRs) with their team members. It will cover both the new PDPR system requirements, introduced in September 2024 and additional information on getting the best out of the PDPR discussion.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Develop a greater understanding of the new PDPR introduced Sept. 2024 and how it can be used to help develop and motivate staff.
  • Develop strategies to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive development culture during the appraisal process.
  • Learn how to tailor objectives that address the unique needs and goals of the organisation and the team members, whilst ensuring SMART outcomes throughout.
