What is this course about?

We welcome all parents of neurodivergent children, neurodivergent parents, and anybody with care responsibilities for neurodivergent family members aged 0–18 to this online event.
A collaboration between the Working Parents Group and the Neurodiversity Staff Network, this session is open to all staff, and will bring together neurodivergent parents to share the real experiences of raising and supporting neurodivergent children. We’ll reflect on what we’ve learned, what works (sometimes!), and aim to create a supportive and inclusive space to connect, share ideas and learn from one another as we navigate and enjoy neurodivergent family life.
So whether it is the children in your life who are neurodivergent, or yourself, whether you are self-diagnosed or formally assessed, or seeking assessments for you or your children, this session is for you.
