This short course will help you explore strategies to manage Outlook and ensure your use of email is effective. Please note: This is a discussion-based session, focusing on behaviour rather than IT skills. Become more productive by not being constantly distracted by your Inbox - how often you check it and how to manage your email alerts. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using email as a form of communication. You will learn how to manage your Inbox by organising filing systems, using favourites and establishing 'rules.' This course encourages a collaborative discussion on improving email practices for everyone.Objectives
