This course is designed for those academic people managers, professional services, and technical services managers who conduct Performance Development and Performance Reviews (PDPRs) with their team members. It's relevant for anyone who oversees staff and is involved in the appraisal process. Participants will gain insights into effective review practices to enhance their team’s development and performance.
