Who is this course aimed at?

People Managers Only

What is this course about?

This course is aimed at academic, professional services, and technical services people managers who carry out PDPRs (appraisals) with their direct reports/staff members taking part in the PDPR process as a reviewee.

Details of any pre-course/programme requirements

* People managers should look at the user guides and videos within iTrent (on the bottom banner).
* Everyone to familiarise themselves with the information and resources on both the PDPR webpage (https://staff.hud.ac.uk/hr/pod/pdpr/) and Talent Hub webpage (https://staff.hud.ac.uk/hr/pod/talent-hub/)
