What is this course about?

An intellectually stimulating and highly interactive workshop bringing an evidence-based approach to
design thinking for the real world. Participants are introduced to the concept of design thinking using
participatory approaches, enabling them to explore the key elements of the process. Participants will
develop familiarity with the key principles of design thinking, gain a practical understanding and be
equipped with a toolkit of approaches that can be utilised in both research and development and with
industrial partners.

This workshop is delivered by external training provider, Skillfluence, funded by the University’s UKRI Impact Acceleration Account Programme and will be an in-person session.
