What is this course about?

This course is designed to help you effectively guide, support, and manage staff throughout their probation period. You will learn how to navigate each stage, from induction to sign-off, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
We'll cover best practices for providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals for new team members. Additionally, the course will explore strategies for fostering a supportive and inclusive environment during probation. By the end, you'll be equipped with the tools to make the probationary process smooth and successful for everyone involved.
