This webinar provides a more in depth look at Horizon Europe’s ‘Pillar 1’ funding opportunities, focusing on its core aims, different types of activities funded under this pillar, and the support you can receive from Research and Innovation to apply for funding. Participants will gain practical insights into different funding schemes and programmes, success rates, and where they can find the guidance needed to successfully apply for funding.

The webinar will introduce a package of information resources and provide an opportunity to meet some of the Research and Innovation team who can support your Horizon Europe funding goals. The webinar will be recorded and made available shortly after the webinar.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Understand the different eligibility requirements for each scheme and which award may be suitable for your research aims/career stage
  • Understand the structure and objectives of Horizon Europe Pillar 1 funding, covering individual grants, mobility and collaborative/networking schemes.
  • Understand what support is available from Research and Innovation, and how to access support depending on your goals.
