What is this course about?

This course will help participants utilise a coaching approach to support individuals in achieving better outcomes in their conversations. Participants will explore a simple coaching model and high-quality questions that can be used in any situation to help themselves and others move forward. The course will provide a range of practical tips and tools to help people become unstuck and make progress. Participants will gain a clear vision of what solution-focused questions are.
