Who is this course aimed at?

What is this course about?

This course allows managers, who are dealing with a change issue that directly impacts their team, the chance to work through the change issue, in silence. Participants will engage with thought-provoking questions from the coach to help them navigate their change processes independently. This will result in several positive actions that attendees will have identified which they can take away and put into place. The beauty of this logical, step by step approach, means that attendees do not need to share the change issue, they can work through it quietly, in their own safe environment.

Details of any pre-course/programme requirements
Attendees will be expected to have a change issue they wish to work through already in mind. If your change issue is not related to a team and you want to explore other options, you can contact Christian McGrath to discuss how 1-2-1 coaching might help.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Develop the ability to independently identify and analyse key challenges associated with organisational change through thought provoking questioning techniques.
  • Gain strategies for implementing effective and inclusive solutions to improve team dynamics during periods of change.
  • To logically run through a specific change challenge, leading to specific actions they can take away and put in place
