This course allows managers, who are dealing with a change issue that directly impacts their team, the chance to work through the change issue, in silence. Participants will engage with thought-provoking questions from the coach to help them navigate their change processes independently. This will result in several positive actions that attendees will have identified which they can take away and put into place. The beauty of this logical, step by step approach, means that attendees do not need to share the change issue, they can work through it quietly, in their own safe environment.
