What is this course about?

This course allows managers, who are dealing with a change issue that directly impacts their team, the chance to work through the change issue, in silence. The coach will ask several thought-provoking questions that will help those attending to work through their change issues on their own.

This will result in several positive actions that attendees will have identified which they can take away and put into place.

The beauty of this logical, step by step approach, means that attendees do not need to share the change issue, they can work through it quietly, in their own safe environment.

Attendees will be expected to have a change issue they wish to work through already in mind.
