Who is this course aimed at?

All University staff who are involved, or likely to be, in managing projects.

What is this course about?

The course provides participants with the soft skills required to effectively manage projects. These skills are frequently overlooked on project management courses but are essential to ensure engagement from team members and stakeholders and ensure feasible plans are drawn up and adhered to. This course will equip you with the essential tools, understanding and skills needed to drive, inspire and motivate your project team to success.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • An understanding of how to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Skills that can help build a successful project team and recruit the right people to the team.
  • The ability to engage, influence and motivate others - stakeholders and team members alike.
