Who is this course aimed at?

Anybody who is likely to take on the role of managing a project now or in the near future.

What is this course about?

The course provides participants with the soft skills required to effectively manage projects. These skills are frequently overlooked on most project management courses but are essential to ensure engagement from team members and stakeholders and ensure feasible plans are drawn up and adhered to. This course will furnish you with some essential tools, understanding and skills needed to drive, inspire and motivate your project team to success.
