The second of two sessions that provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on approaches to challenging conversations and offer tools and strategies to help plan and deliver these conversations with greater confidence. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to minimise barriers in difficult dialogues.
They will learn how to effectively manage emotions during these interactions. Additionally, participants will develop the ability to identify the characteristics of a challenging conversation. Finally, they will be equipped to produce a detailed plan for feedback and use language effectively in these scenarios.
This second session focuses on reviewing and developing the strategies further.
