What is this course about?
The Health Adjustments Passport (HAP) provides a structured framework for staff and line managers to document and review agreed reasonable adjustments. This online training session will introduce the HAP, walkthrough the documentation and process, clarify responsibilities, and offer participants the opportunity to ask questions. The session will also provide guidance on best practice for conducting supportive and inclusive discussions.The session is open to all staff wishing to find out more about reasonable adjustments and the Health Adjustments Passport, and we particularly encourage People Managers to attend this training to understand their role in the process.

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
- Know how to conduct supportive and inclusive conversations between line managers and staff with disabilities, mental health, or other health conditions.
- Understand how to navigate and complete a Health Adjustments Passport (HAP).
- Understand how to record agreed Reasonable Adjustments and how to ensure a transparent review process, should a member of staff change roles or managers.
