What is this course about?

This course will cover the material in the first and third learning outcomes of the assignment, focusing on how leaders can support teams and individuals to achieve success. Understanding the impact of organisational processes can enhance effective team management and leadership. The course will provide practical approaches to managing team performance. Participants will also learn how to apply theoretical models to team management. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Details of any pre-course/programme requirements

Please bring a copy of the assessment brief and the template to the meeting. It will be useful to have done some of the reading or watched some of the videos that relate to these sections of the assignment.
