Daniel Similaki's Bio
Daniel Similaki is a German-born Afro-European with a background in Chemistry. He is the founder of the Afro-Caribbean Commercial Science Network (ACCSN), an initiative driven by his passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across various sectors. His vision was shaped by years of personal experience navigating industries where diverse representation, especially in leadership, was limited.
With a deep commitment to social impact, Daniel has extensive experience in leading DE&I initiatives, designing inclusive training programmes, and driving organisational change. His approach to DE&I is rooted in evidence-based strategies, ensuring practical, innovative, and person-centric solutions that help individuals and organisations explore these themes with confidence. In November 2024 he was invited to speak at UK parliament to discuss the topic of DE&I and its impact on innovation.
A firm believer in giving back, Daniel continues to advocate for equity and inclusion, using his expertise to support organisations in building more diverse and representative workplaces.
