Belbin Team Roles Workshop - By Invite Only
In many organisations, teams are well-established in set locations with team members having defined job descriptions and roles. However, in Belbin terms, it can be beneficial to look further into what makes a team work well or can do differently to develop it's greatness. Belbin introduces nine key characteristics that are displayed in effective teams. Individuals can have one two three or more of these characteristics but not know it, or may not have had opportunity to display them. Belbin Teams Roles can bring these out and support teams and their leaders to use the strengths and allowable weaknesses identified, to develop and improve the team and the skills they present.
P&OD are pleased to be able to offer Belbin sessions, lead by an accredited Belbin coach, delivered to bespoke teams through arrangement with the team leader. (Please note there are costs attached to this which includes a full Belbin Self Perception questionnaire, observer feedback report and a separate team report, to be covered by the individual department)
For further information on what Belbin is and can offer your team, watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-efhOLVgEvM
Contact the P&OD team for further information: @people@hud.ac.uk
The only sanctioned way of finding out your Belbin® Team Role strengths and weaknesses is by completing the official Belbin® Self-Perception Inventory online, and receiving a Belbin® Individual Report.
