This course will help people managers lead and manage a hybrid team effectively. Participants will gain an understanding of how to lead, manage, and support their hybrid teams. The course covers key themes essential for managing a hybrid team, including leadership, communication, wellbeing, and coaching. It provides a safe and confidential space for managers to discuss the challenges of managing a hybrid team. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their leadership style and identify what truly matters when leading their team.
