What is this course about?

This course will provide comprehensive guidance on strategic leadership models and tools as part of the assessed module "Unit 701 – Strategic Leadership". Participants will have the opportunity to identify key content elements. The course includes an examination of strategic analysis tools such as SWOT and PESTLE, a review of stakeholder analysis, and a reflection on essential content for the final task.

Participants will gain an understanding of models to support their work in tasks 3 and 4 of the assignment. Additionally, they will consider how to apply these models within their specific work contexts and discuss the models used in the assessment to ensure appropriate application.

Objectives
