This course will help people managers to utilise a coaching approach to support individuals and their team. It includes different communication methods to reach different outcomes for people managers that may be “stuck” and not sure how to move forwards. It includes specific basics around coaching skills, which can be used immediately. There is a focus on leadership and management, and how a coaching approach can help to improve these areas.
