What is this course about?

This course will help people managers utilise a coaching approach to support individuals and their teams. It includes various communication methods to achieve different outcomes for managers who may feel "stuck" and uncertain about how to move forward. The course covers fundamental coaching skills that can be applied immediately. It focuses on leadership and management, demonstrating how a coaching approach can enhance these areas. Participants will have the opportunity to share leadership and management challenges in a safe and confidential space.
