What is this course about?

This course will cover the material in the second learning outcomes of the assignment, understanding how to evaluate and manage the capabilities of the team and support individual team members to develop themselves.

Please bring a copy of the assessment brief and the template to the meeting. It would be helpful to have engaged with some of the support materials for this section of the assignment through Management Direct and/or LinkedIn Learning.
