What is this course about?

This course will address the material in the second learning outcomes of the assignment, focusing on evaluating and managing team capabilities. Participants will learn how to support individual team members in their personal development. The course will also cover methods to achieve a balance of skills and experience within a team. Techniques for assessing both current and future team requirements will be explored. Finally, participants will analyse recruitment processes and factors influencing learning and development activities.

Please bring a copy of the assessment brief and the template to the meeting. It would be helpful to have engaged with some of the support materials for this section of the assignment through Management Direct and/or LinkedIn Learning.
